Dr. vaibhev mittal sir said it is inter individual variability, will this inrease in 0.5 d will cause eye strain and headache and will it causes any problem to my vision in the years to come.

Hello Sir.. I did not recommend any of those two glasses prescription... I explained the cause for two different prescriptions by two different doctors I recommended you to consult local ophthalmologist and try both prescriptions and choose whatever gives you clearer vision I in no sense recommended you to use any of those prescriptions.. So there is no issue of strain or headache Regards
