Intense stomach ache radiating back

Hello doc, i am in a miserable condition..i have been suffering since 5 years from this problem...and have been admitted a couple of times in hospital..each time i masturbate then after 6-7 hours there is intense stomach ache radiating toward back(left) This is such a crucial pain that i cant even stand ...it lasts for 4-5 days and that too on a liquid and semi solid diet.. Please help me pls...and i have marked this hundreds of time...it is only after i masturbate Help me
