Intense heel / leg pain after cold bath
I've been using ice cold foot baths as an effective way to treat swelling and pain during gout for years. Since recently, doing this caused great pain that lasts between 4 and 24 hours. At first, only on my left leg. Now both. The pain goes from my heel up to my hip, but is most present nearer my foot. I'm worried it might be something serious, but I'd also like to be able to treat my gout again. What could it be?
