Insulin Resistance
Hello I have done serum insulin it's 41 unit normal units are between 8-23 but my sugar is under control. how to lower the insulin level

Most common cause of insulin resistance is excess of adipose (fat) tissue... If you reduce your body fat your cells will be sensitized again to insulin...one more thing is regular exercise....for weight reduction you have to consume less calories and spend more...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...hope you are satisfied and please do give feedback...
