Insulin problems
I don't have a pcp that I'm comfortable with and I'm made to feel stupid at my visits so I stopped going. However, I'm a type 2 diabetic and I take insulin. I can't afford what she keeps prescribing so I found an alternative. I was on himself and lasts but can't afford th now. I found Relion R and N that I can afford but don't know what dose to take. I was taking gunslinger 10 units with meals and lasts 40 units at bed time. I used the when I was pregnant. So I'm familiar with mixing them. Help

Broadly speaking Insulin N is long acting to be taken at bedtime and it's dose needs to be adjusted to target Fasting sugar. Insulin R is fast acting and it's dose needs to be titrated based on corresponding Post meal value. You can better consult a diabetologist along with your sugar chart. The choice of medicines is up to you based on affordability.
