My husband age 27(working in IT sector and does trading as part time) is facing insomniac problem for the past 2 weeks. He generally used to have 4 to 5 hours of sound sleep and wakes up early in the morning. Everything was good until 2 weeks back when he started to stay awake at night and sleep the next day morning. When trying to fix things, it only got worse. After dinner he gets to sleep for 1 to 2 hours and wakes up at night.
Additional information:
My husband says that it could be due to work stress. But all went good from last year and suddenly before two weeks, he is facing this problem.
He follows intermittent fasting where he used to have brunch at around 11AM and dinner at around 7PM everyday. usually goes to bed after 9PM. He used to be on his laptop(more screen time than before) before going to bed.
Kindly suggest useful remedy to get over this situation.
