Insomniac can't sleep
Hello doc I m 40 years old woman and recently I lost both my parents..1st when my mom died In 2019 i saw a doc and for a month my doc from calcutta prescribed me restyl0.5mg but after that I didn't need it but unfortunately last year November end my dad died after that sleep doesn't come to me atall..I lost my prescription so can't go to medical ship to get it. Can u help me ?what to do? I need help.pls help. When my miscarriage happens& I used to not sleep doc gave & I have taken sleeping pills before also but didn't and couldn't use it more than a day or 2 as I used to puke a lot only restyl.05 suits me..I love in bombay calcutta is my hometown..I feel ashamed to share about my insomnia with anyone not with even my husband.pls help.being an only child & loosening both the parents tok me to again insomnia zone.pls help Regards S.a.chatarjee
