Insomnia/Sleeplessness
I lost my mother on May 30 due to Covid. Since then to this date, my father is suffering from insomnia. He hardly sleeps for few hours in the night. Nothing is helping him to make him sleep. We have several sleeping pills.
I want him to have sound sleep everyday. Can someone help?
I prefer if someone can speak to him in Kannada. I can speak Kannada, Hindi, English
