Insomnia or maybe something else.
I can’t sleep at night, i always sleep at 2-3 in the morning and wake up at 4-5 in the morning and i cant sleep again. But i felt really tired and lost energy in the afternoon. It’s been going on for more than a week now. What wrong with me? And what’s the solution?

Hello Insomnia can be treated. Follow the steps of sleep hygiene and maintain a sleeping schedule. Consult a psychiatrist in person for evaluation and treatment of the underlying issues.
