I am going through a break up from a long term relationship recently. She left me so I think that has led to a lot of self esteem issues along with loss of self respect. I am starting to hate myself for a lot of things.

For the mean time try talking to your loved ones and focusing on your work / studies. Talking about hating yourself, you need to focus on people who love you and nothing else should matter.
