Insomnia for 2 or 3 weeks
I have been trying my very best to fall asleep at night,I took vitamins specifically with iron,drank milk (never coffee & seldom soda) and I tried diphenhydramine and some cetirizen,but I don't think it is not working very much. I got to bed at 9:30 or 10 pm but until 1 Am,some 2 & 3AM I am still awake.There are so many thoughts in my mind that bothers me,I don't know how to control it.

Insomnia is often secondary to psychological stress. Consult psychiatrist for diagnosis and treatment.
