Insomnia and anxiety related issues
I am a PhD student. And for the last one month i have almost stopped catching sleep. I feel I have gone into chronic insomnia. Though I lie down on bed in night. I feel disconnected but there are always dreams and thoughts going on. I can't get rid of it. And that state of rest, i am sure is not sleep. I can get up anytime knowing that i was not sleeping. I tried meditation though inconsistently, tried to relax myself. Listened and read  positive thoughts. I need a consultation for my problem which feels unbearable now. Kindly help me suggest a good doctor. Thanks.
