I can understand your concern.
As of now, i would advise you give her a tab. Levocetrizine 5mg twice a day after food.
Ask her to apply t-bact ointment over the area and consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
He will help you further.
Dr. Anil kumar jain.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. From the picture it looks like she has developed acute eczema. She will need topical steroid and antibacterial cream combination. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further management. For itching she can take levicetrizine. Try to do warm saline compresses at home. It will help reduce the oozing.
