Injured finger
Finger got stuck in the door got a deep cut and finger is swollen and have pain and keep getting jerk every few minutes and I do cold fermentation but still I have a lot of pain what should I do please suggest.

Hello There. I can understand your concern, i hope youare not in too much pain. firstly, you haven't mentioned when this has happened. as of now apply a antibiotic ointment over the wound so that you don't develop an infection, T-Bact ointment can be applied. avoid water contact with the wound. keep it dry as much as possible. tab. diclofenac and serratiopeptidase combination can be taken thrice a day after food for pain management. kindly consult a orthopedician for further management. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.

Keep ice pack over n under the finger as much as u can. besides u can take anti inflammatory medicines like Bruffen with paracetamol if not diabetic.. to prevent jerks bend yr am from elbow n keep it on yr tummy while sitting n walking or wear a sling for support
