Hello Doctor,
My wife is a school teacher. She normally travels in a bus for about 1 hour journey and walks around 1km approximately every day.
We just got to know that she has conceived recently and that's a very good news.
My worry is can she still go to school/work in bus and Soo long? Will that affect her pregnancy? What additional care should be taken

As her travel is lot, general advise can't be given, do sonography first check baby condition, talk with your gynac for better clarification
