I just wanna ask u that i had an open surgery operate of inguinal hernia on 1 sept and after how many days i should start my singing practice .

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You should avoid doing all the things which increase the intra-abdominal pressure.
So my advice would be to wait for about a month so that everything heals well.
Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
