Inguinal Hernia. Right side pain sir!

Greetings! Let’s discuss the possible post operative complications : 1. There is a condition called inguinodynia - pain in inguinal region following hernial surgery. (Happens due to nerve entrapment while fixing mesh) But this should arise within a month of surgery and presents as episodes of pain in operated side. 2. Scrotal pain associated with swelling can occur if there are some reduced blood supply to testis. (Penile pain has never been documented as a complication) 3. it could be a new disease associated with penile and scrotal pain not related to the surgery All these can only be a speculation unless I could examine. It is better to have followup with the operating surgeon as he/she knows the exact proceedings of a surgery and expect complications (if any) to arise out of it. Thank you!
