Hi , i am 22 year old male i want to know that is saturated fat increase LDL cholesterol or not.
Or saturated fat is bad for health
Because i do exercise regularly
But my LdL is 112 ng/dl.
And i eat 30-50 gm saturated in a day.

As per your height and weight given your BMI is 26, you have to be in range of 18-24.9 maintain your healthy body weight, increase your fiber intake in your meals, have low fat low cholesterol diet, avoid more saturated fats from your diet , have plenty of dark green leafy vegetables with low sodium diet.
