Information about saturated fat
Hi , i am 22 year old male i want to know that is saturated fat increase LDL cholesterol or not. Or saturated fat is bad for health Because i do exercise regularly But my LdL is 112 ng/dl.  And i eat 30-50 gm saturated in a day.

As per your height and weight given your BMI is 26, you have to be in range of 18-24.9 maintain your healthy body weight, increase your fiber intake in your meals, have low fat low cholesterol diet, avoid more saturated fats from your diet , have plenty of dark green leafy vegetables with low sodium diet. anything else or any further query consult me

saturated fats are bad to eat, now what ever fat which is solid at room temperature is saturated fats, we must not eat saturated fats, itvis required less than 1 mg per day, for normal body functions. which the body can re generate.
