Info about anomaly scan

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello.till now everything is fine in my pregnancy,except placenta was detected low.i am currently 18 weeks pregnant,nd advised anomaly scan now.is this the right time or shall i wait fr 1-2 weeks to hv more accuracy

Better to do it before 20 wks.. It will detect gross structural defect plan in 19th week

Hi, if this is your 1st anomaly scan, you must go for it now. If your first trimester scan done at around 11 to14 wks then you can wait upto 22 weeks.
