Inflammed Tonsils

Asked for Female, 18 Years

After 2 days from french kissing my partner who had inflammed tonsils, I have them as well and they're driving me crazy. What can I do or take to ease the pain. Also, a stupid question, should I still prevent from kissing my partner since we now bot have inflammed tonsils? Out of curiosity. Thank you !
