I'm Oral Medicine and Radiology specialist. First of all stop using inhaler orally. Please consult your physician to suggest you an alternate instead of oral inhaler as soon as possible. Because of the presence of steroid its not recommended for long term use. It may lead to ulcers, inflammation and along with oppurtunistic infections in oral cavity. You can use antioxidants and visit for further treatment.

hi sir Asthalin is a broncho dilator and when used in inhaler form for a long time does effect oral mucosa because of direct contact with the tissues. Please visit  specialist in Oral medicine and Radiology  for clinical examination as it would be unwise to suggest anything without seeing this case.
