Started with swimming, and is now paining severely. Tried two dozes of relent and emanzen plus otrivin.. no respite.

Please hurry up and go to the nearest hospital with a good ENT department. You will need to undergo a Balloon Eustachian Tuboplasty to drain the pus from the middle ear. This is a relatively new procedure and may be offered only in the top hospitals of your city.
