M spotting on my periods dua date very less bleeding and my periods are regular and last month my done has prescribed me for follicular study and got hemograpghic ovarian cyst 46×36 are their any chances to conceive and my husband's sperm count is30 millions and all my reports like pelvis and harmones test are normal please tell me u m unable to conceive I m trying to conceive since last 9 months.
