Infertility problem
Hi sir/mam, I got married at 2014, I have pcos problem past 5 year...till now we are not getting a baby, last month am tested in TSH, Free T4 and sugar, my TSH level is 5.646, free T4 0.80 and sugar fasting 117, post pandial 144, urine sugar Nill, Please tell me I affected in thyroid and sugar???Is this problem for getting a baby??? My weight is 78 and height 160...please tell me sir am worried about this

Your TSH is on higher side. So are your sugars. You need to be started on metformin. Weight loss by diet and exercise is also needed. You don't need thyroid medication right now but will need during pregnancy. Please meet a gynaecologist to discuss so that you may be started on treatment
