  4. Infertility. On 30th day. pls guide me.

I am taking treatment for fertility since last 6 months but no results yet. I am taking Ovaa shield from last 2 cycles but in follicular monitoring it shows NO DF even on 20th but endometrium is increasing and I am getting my periods on 30th day. Pls guide me.
