Hello.... If he is having erection or ejaculation ,intrauterine insemination of sperm can be done. Sperm is necessary for fertilisation whether it's your husbands sperm or from sperm bank you couple decide.. Invitro fertilisation is done in woman with infertility ..... Consult gynecologist.
