My husband age is 37
I had 2 miscariages Due to absence Of fetal heart
Ihad one prom in 2014 with twins
ihad a Lap and everything was fine ihad some cysts rupterd in Lap
Iam not having any thyroid and hormonal inbalance
My periods are became regular from 6 months
My husband sperm count is 124 mil and motility 25per
Ihave a problem in conceving we r in treatmet with folicular scans and hcg shots and progesterone pills
But iam not conciving

You can try natural pregnancy but husband count is good but motility is less 25% for this he should take medicine .After smoking and drink going for sex motility is reducing this is my personal experience.
