Infertility and 1st Ectopic pregnancy
I am trying to conceive for last 2 years, having mild pcos and hypothyroid(tsh 2.5) height 150cm,weight 51kg, Took virechana in month of Feb 2019 for 12 days. I was on ayurvedic medication from March 1st and had my periods on March 15th for 9days, and spotting started from cycle day 15 and lasted for 13days.As on April 20th I was 5 weeks pregnant with beta hcg value 899( ectopic found after tvs, severe one sided pain & bleeding)injection of methotrexate given for dissolving the pregnancy, as the tube dint rupture.reason for ectopic pregnancy unknown,but doc said it wud be coz of tubal Infection  or quality of egg, I would like to take hsg but wen can I take it, also wud like to take ayurvedic treatment again, but doc has suggested not to try for conceiving for 6 months. Since hav done virechana in feb 2019, wen can  I do virechana again to remove al the toxins, wil uttara basti treatment be best to prevent next ectopic pregnancy. Wen can I start the treatment again, please advice.

Give some time  atleast 6 months to your body for recovery . And than you can try for conceiving. You can do virechana and uttar basti after your body is ready and fit for it.
