Inferior labral tear in right shoulder
I have an accident 5 weeks ago and last week I did mri scan of my right shoulder as Pain in right shoulder was reducing much. Report concluded inferior labral tear. Currently, when i turn my hand back at certain angle, I feel pain but not severe one. Please suggest something to heel like exercise, diet and all, as I am highly skeptical about surgery. About my self, I have an athletic body and health conscious person. Any proper leads will help. Thank you in advance
