I have dark lump on ball sack and groin area. It's very itchy at night time. Can anyone please suggest me good soap or medicine/cream?

Hi my name is Dr. Jagat Shah(. M.D Homoeopathy). Lump on ball sac, is not clear statement. So please elaborate it more or please meet some doctor. Considering you have some dark patch near groin area which is causing you itching you can apply antifungal cream as its one of the most common cause is fungal infection.
