Having white skin and mild swelling on front of penis since 5 days. I am diabetic and since last 2.6 years.
Had expired itracinazole 20mg cap. Not sure about wheather it is happen about this Or maybe some other reason.

It is infection, mainly fungi.infection augmented by your diabetic condition.controle diabetis and use some tropical antifungal ointment.

check your glucose.controle it with diet and medicines.use tropical antifungal like terbinafine creame or lotion. Use one dose of new itraconazole 200mg tablet, not expired.
