Hello sir , I am facing itching and redness on my penis apart from that i have also found that everytime after urinate there is kind of extra slippery coating on the head of penis and i used to rub it and its the some kind of layer on it Pls help

Get a urine examination done,
Wash penis &prepuceifot skin with gentle soap daily.
Apply ointment valbet for mixed infection and itching twice daily.
Get clinical examination by a urologist done
