Inside my father's mouth there is a infection near tounge, I m woried that it might be mouth cancer will you help me know about it

If its there for more than 2 weeks you need to have it biopsied. Meanwhile check if there is any sharp edge tooth near the ulcer. Use ointment stomacare on the ulcer thrice a day and make him gurgel with h2o2 diluted in half glass of water again thrice a day and if there is pain keep tab ketrorol DT beneath tongue.
