Infection in toe nail, puss formed

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Iam facing trouble with formation of puss and pain in the right toe(puss in the left lateral nail fold) and the skin is looking red and painful between cuticle and proximal nail fold I have tried dipping my toe in warm water mixed with salt. Iam facing this problem since 6 days tried some tablets(zady) for 3days in the afternoon.. please help me
