Infection in throat
Sir , i have been facing phlegm accumulation in my throat since last 1 month. Other than this i have a mild burning sensation in my throat. I had taken augmentin 650 mg and wikoryl as per the prescription, but the problem still persists. I do smoke cigarettes but stopped for now. Could you suggest me something for this

your symptoms are suggestive of condition known as reflux laryngopharyngitis. in this condition your stomach acid will recurrently spill into your throat. you need to avoid tea, coffee, snoring, fat rich food and spicy food for sometime. you need to walk a bit after food and take anti reflux medicines for few weeks antibiotics are not useful
