Last 3 days Redness in right eye...pain, Itching too...Redness and small red lines in the white of the eye... Sometimes discharge of yellow pus  especially  in the morning when waking up... Kindly suggest medicine...

It seems to be conjunctivitis. However please share a close up pic of your eyes with detailed information about pain and redness discharge itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby
