Infection in penis skin. Best treatment.

Hello Doctor, My father had 2nd paralysis attack in Feb after that he was become fine but in April he had injury on hip now that's also is fine. But because he was continuing urinate on bed and because of always laying on bed he had pressure/bed pressure and because of that treatment we hire a medical who install catheter and after 4 hours he removed that he had  bleeding and we consult doctor he said he was ok because no problem in urine and no other problem after that we start for urine male condom type catheter and urobag.Now from 4 days something white like sperm in seeing come in urine pipe and on he's penis skin have rashes first but after that its totally red area and was look like little swelling. Now my urology doctor appointment was in Friday. What we do for that day. We already stop use catheter. Please suggest good and best treatment. Thank you
