I am having infection in nails and they are broken also, yellowish in colour, since past 3 years. Earlier i took grisovin & flukonazole, but since November last year i am taking ketconazole. But it not shoeing much change

You may be having onychomycosis which is nail fugal infection. I give pulse therapy which works well. I avoid ketoconazole die to its effects on liver. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.

Nail infections take time to respond. However, if after 4-5 months of regular treatment you are not seeing any response, Sending a nail clipping for culture and sensitivity would be advisable to evaluate the sensitivity of the fungal strain so that the treatment can be tailored accordingly.
