My baby is 34 days old . For last 4 days while crying there is change in his sound and full sound not coming while crying . What could be the reason for this , Is it because for any infection. Can I give this medicine for 34 days baby . Is it safe . Can I give 2.5 ml daily and night.

This is an antibiotic. It is NOT advisable to give antibiotics unnecessarily to a child.
If the child is feeding well, passes urine, passes stools, is active, then the child is fine.
