Infected with HPV and erection prblm.

I think i have infected with HPV. I got genital warts on my inner thighs on jock area. I have applied medicine some acid like liquid. Applied on warts.. After that it gone. After a month it came again and spreaded more. Again I used same medicine.. Then the warts gone and now the wards starters grow again. Annie I heated abt HPV And the symptoms are matching the same. Now addictionally I got some sexual problems like I got issues on my erection.. It is not erecting well.. And nowadays am not getting erection properly For past six months.. I got the hpv from past six months.. Did hpv affects erection or my sexual activity.. Is this curable, will I get my erection and erection size back. Can I get cure with HPV. Please suggest me foods and medicine for this. And please help me to stop this infection
