5months old infant suffering with loose motions from last night.with drooling saliva and irritating gums.

Breastfeeding with burping.maintainhydration of child.wait for vaccination 2-3 days.
*General danger sign* (the child is not able to drink or vomits everything .the child has had convulsions .the child is lethargic or unconscious). Most children with a general danger sign need URGENT referral to hospital/physical meet with pediatrician for review.
Watch for vitals(urine output/urine color/blood in stool/fever/activity)....if deterioration present do follow u p
