Indigestion problem
Hello, I've some indigestion problem as I need to go to 4-5 times stools in a day. Whenever I eat anything it happens with me, sometimes even drinking of water results the same. Although there is no ache in the stomach. It happens frequently in a period of 40-45 days for almost 10 days. Thanks

hii..went through ur ques...sometimes d food v tk itself causes increase in bowel movements i.e motions frequent...like if ur diet contains more of fibre items it may cause dis but dats pretty normal...nd few items which irritates d system also causes motions.. so if d food u tk is hygienic nd rich in fibre diet den ur condition may be normal...jus keep urself hydrated well...in certain stressful nd panicky conditions also bowel movements are more... yes der a certain conditions like irritable bowel syndrome wr sypmtoms like dis might be der...so i would suggest u to meet a gastroenterologist if ur symptoms r much nd disturbing...
