Its called Adhmana in ayurveda it is caused because of improper digestion. so take Hingustaka choorna 1 tsp mix with ghee and take with first morsel of food. Jeearaka rasayana 1 tsp after food for 15 days.

We need to know your age. If possible, try to undergo ayurveda panchakarma treatment. Like virechana followed by basti. It will be permanent solution for your problem.
