Indigestion & stool prob
Indigestion problem with infrequent stool with lower appetite and always within 2days gas formation take place in my stomach and suddenly i feel pain in my lower rib cage as well as in my chest. So i had to take dulcoflex medicine to clear my stool and some time i also feel in my lower abdomen after my stool.

Cap Pan-D twice daily empty stomach and Syrup looz 15 ml at night. Also have syrup Digene 3 tsf thrice daily. It will help immensely

Hello There. I can understand your concern. you need to make a few lifestyle changes as well as dietary changes. have a high protein and a high fiber diet. avoid all products made using maida. drink lots of water. have 5 smaller meals a day rather than 3 big meals. avoid oily and spicy foods. avoid tea, coffee and other carbonated beverages. have one cup of curd everyday after food. if it still persists, consult a physician near you. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain
