Abdominal bloating after having food is due to gastritis. Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, bloating of abdomen, feeling full, all these are symptoms of gastritis. Cause of it is stress, not having food on time, skipping meals, spicy foods, fried and canned foods, alcohol, smoking, tobacco chewing, tea, coffee, not sleeping on time. Treatment includes lifestyle changes, sleep and eat on time, avoid Stress, avoid spicy and sour foods, avoid smoking and alcohol, have bland food, have cold milk, have frequent sips of cold water... For Complete bowel evacuation have more water atleast 3-4liters per day, have 2 glasses of warm water morning when you get up. Have fibre rich food like green leafu vegetables, fruits..
