I went to work in field after that my index finger start swelling due to this i am not able to rotate my hand proper and due this i have fever also

Might be dengue , need to evaluate ,as it look s like bite of insect or mosquito adese egypti, get done your dengue antigen test with Cbc, and consult me on practo look for fever , when it subsides and when it returns, and consult any good doc ..even if near by would also be kk.
