Indigestion pbm am facing from some days... Vomiting sensation.. Acidic in nature.. Some times in early mrng getting headache.. Mrng time in urinary system getting pain. If I go there or four times to urinate but early morning at 6 or 7 feeling like pain in urine system I won't take any oil food but happens this type of pbm help sir

Pantop D once daily for ten days in the morning . Take Cefixime 200 tab twice daily for 5 days . Get your Urine RE micro and Urine Culture sensitivity done and report back .
