I have been wrakness since morning pulsation 105 to 118 bp 125-140/85-75 pain in under arm sweting in palm

Any fever ? Pain under arm means do you have any boil in the arm pit - axilla Weakness, pain arm, high pulse, fluctuations in BP signify heart ailments, too. So better consult physician.
