Increasing Period Pain
I have always had heavy periodic flow and clotting. Recently pain during periods have increased and is happening at this very moment too. It's a sharp pain that comes and goes in addition to stagnant lower abdomen and lower back pain. I also have headaches and excessive fatigue to the second day! What do I need to do? I drink water regularly and am a healthy-ish eater. Could this be a cyst issue?

Hello,,, it's hard to tell directly it has cyst. Fibroid uterus (benign growth in uterus) can cause same symptoms, polycystic ovarian disease can cause same symptoms. Some women without any disease normally can experience the same symptoms, a simple way to get confirm is to get ultrasound abdominal scan. Which will rules out common causes. Kindly consult a gynecologist.
