Increasing height
Hello. I'm 20 yrs old and my height is 5'6". I've been almost this height since 16 years old. I've never had any growth spurt . Most of the people i know had their growth spurt and people who were shorter than me grew taller than me even though they were not doing any exercise or workout. My dad is 5'8" and my mom is around 5'4". Why i did not have my growth spurt?

Males on an average grow in height upto 21 yr of age, after which bone maturity is reached. Diet and exercise do have an effect but mostly the height of a person is determined by the genetic constitution. Given the height of your parents your height is well within the expected range but you may still have a year or two of growth left. .
Next Steps
Have a healthy diet rich in calcium and proteins. Do regular physical exercise.
